Daystar Grandfriends Day 2011

My dear friend Simone (first picture) who is amazing and feisty--now you're shocked that we're friends right ;-) Anyway, she emailed me a few weeks ago asking if I could come document Grandfriends Day at her son's school. Since I was home schooled through grade school, I had never experienced anything quite like this! Parents and grandparents came to spend the morning with their children, look at their projects, see their classrooms, etc. And I got to capture it all! Seriously, it was so much fun.
