Apple Orchard Wedding Portraits Sneak Peek!

Remy commented on my Timeline a couple weeks ago "Speaking of photos, I have a crazy fun idea to run past you later, once I get Alex to agree to it... :-) "

Boy was her idea awesome, I was SO excited when she emailed me the details. A "day after" session, six weeks and one day after the wedding at an apple orchard!

May I Have this Dance | Sarah and Jeff's Sneak Peek

I met Sarah through A Practical Wedding this summer. She and Jeff are getting married in December, downtown at MK. Let me tell you, I cannot wait.

For their engagement session they opted to have me photograph one of their dance lessons. I knew they'd be good, but folks, they are rockstars! They danced to the classics, of course, but also picked up some Ke$ha and Gaga. Apparently, Sarah actually went to middle school with Ke$ha when she was just Kesha! These are just a few to tide you over to the full post next week :-)

Remy and Alex: Chicago Engagement Sneak Peek

I had so much fun with Remy and Alex this weekend taking they're engagement pictures. We started at Union Station (possible the most gorgeous building downtown), ventured by the river, through the financial district, and then made our way up to Grosse Point Lighthouse in Evanston. I am so excited for their wedding in August!

This may be my favorite image from the day. Just after I snapped this, he looked up with tears in his eyes at his wife and she just nodded and smiled. I cannot wait for my love with Wil to grow like this over the years.
